With over 15 years of cyber security expertise, Gili Lev is a Cloud Executive Security Advisor at Amazon Web Services. Her focus is driving Cloud Security Strategy and Governance Models for Fortune 500 and the largest enterprises worldwide, as they migrate to AWS. Gili provides organizations’ executive leadership with a structured approach to their cloud transformation journey and highlights the key factors to building Security, Risk and Compliance in the cloud. As Gili says, Moving to cloud is more than just a technological change, so tying the business, people and processes with platform security and operations is key to success.
Before joining AWS, Gili pioneered Cloud Computing to Credit Suisse, with first adoption of various Public Cloud initiatives. As the Cloud Security Strategist she developed the Cloud Security Standards Framework for the global bank, and led the direction of various IaaS/ PaaS/ SaaS initiatives including the secure design of multiple large complex environments in AWS.
Gili holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Astrophysics and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.

Jim Rutt, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, C|CISO, CCSK, is the Chief Information Officer at the Dana Foundation. His responsibilities include providing strategic planning for information and technology management and overseeing all back office technology operations necessary to support the Foundation. Jim is an early adopter of cutting edge cloud security solutions, having led Dana through a complete cloud transformation three years ago. Jim has frequently spoken to peer organizations on corporate cybersecurity strategy and risk management, and also advises early stage technology companies on their sales strategy to the financial and healthcare sector.
Jim is a graduate of Stetson University, where he received a B.B.A. degree. He has 21 years of technology experience (spanning financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors) and has been at Dana for seven years. Jim has presented at multiple CIO and leadership conferences, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal (among other publications) for his view on mobile security and governance. Jim is President and Chairman of the Board of Technology Affinity Group (TAG) and is Vice President and Board Director for the New York Metro Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance. and is a member of Society for Information Management, SIM Foundation of NJ, CIO4Good, as well as a founding advisory board member of BWG Strategy LLC, a Work-Bench Venture Capital Mentor/Advisor, advisor to Lightspeed Ventures, a Silicon Venture capital company, and board advisor to multiple startups including Minerva Labs and Pixm.
Brandon currently serves as the VP of Global Cybersecurity and is responsible for leading the team in defining and driving the strategic cybersecurity vision for Weight Watchers globally.
Prior to joining Weight Watchers, Brandon held multiple leadership positions building robust security and privacy programs at highly regulated technology organizations, such as Betterment, Zocdoc, and Salesforce, balancing the needs for a secure operating environment and fast-paced innovation. He also brings five years of consulting experience at PwC helping clients use information technology more efficiently and securely.
Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Binghamton University and his MBA from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Elad Yoran is a recognized expert on information security market and technology trends. His nearly 20 years in the cyber security industry spans experience as an executive, consultant, investor, investment banker and a several-time successful entrepreneur. Elad’s entrepreneurial experience as founder, CEO or executive director and chairman includes Sentrigo, a leading provider of database security acquired by McAfee; MediaSentry, the leading provider of anti-piracy technology services to the motion picture, music and software industries acquired by SafeNet; and Riptech, the pioneering provider of managed security services to governments and Fortune 500 corporations around the world acquired by Symantec. Elad was recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young.
Elad also currently serves as CEO of Vaultive, general partner of Security Growth Partners and is a member of several technology, security and community Boards, including KoolSpan (Chairman); FBI Information Technology Advisory Council (ITAC); Department of Homeland Security Advisory Board for Command, Control and Interoperability for Advanced Data Analysis (CCICADA); Cloud Security Alliance New York Metro Chapter; and Trustee of the Jewish Chapel Fund, US Military Academy at West Point.
Elad authored the Internet Security Threat Report, which was cited in briefings to the U.S. Congress. Elad served as an officer in the U.S. Army and is a veteran of Operation Restore Hope in Somalia. He holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. degree with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Jason Falciola pursues his passion to help clients navigate the intersection of business priorities, technical security challenges, and the regulatory compliance landscape as a Technical Account Executive with GuidePoint Security. Prior to GuidePoint, Jason was a Technical Account Manager with Qualys. Previously, Jason held a variety of roles including lead security analyst, architect, and business development manager in the Managed Security Services organization at IBM Internet Security Systems.
Jason has advised many organizations around the world, including government agencies, educational institutions, and firms in the Fortune 1000 and Forbes Global 2000. He has trained practitioners from leading global organizations on wireless security. Jason speaks regularly at international events including FIRST, IANS, InfraGard, InterOp, ISACA, ISSA, IT Roadmap, OWASP, SC World Congress, and various IBM conferences.
Jason serves as a founding board member for the NY Metro Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) chapter and a board member for NJ’s FBI InfraGard Alliance chapter. He is also a member of the US Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force (ECTF), the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP). In addition, Jason serves on the SANS GIAC Advisory Board and holds GIAC certifications in Assessing Wireless Networks (GAWN) and Incident Handling (GCIH). Jason received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has almost 20 years of professional experience, with the majority focused on security, compliance, and risk management.
Dan is focused on enterprise cloud security solutions in regulated industries to help our customers succeed in architecting, engineering and deploying secure IT infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud.
Dan Higham has 18 years of experience in the areas of Cloud and Cloud Infrastructure Security, Security Architecture, IT Security Technology Portfolio Management, Integrated Operational Risk Management, Information Security Regulatory Compliance, Identity Management, IT Effectiveness, IT Risk Management, and Business Risk Services.
Prior to joining Hybrid Pathways, Dan was the Director of Security Architecture for Voya Financial for 3 years where he was responsible for IT Security’s cloud-first and customer authentication strategy. Before Voya, Dan spent 7 years as Security Services Practice Director for TUV OpenSky Corporation. Previous information security management positions held by Dan include manager in Ernst & Young’s Technology & Security Risk Services Practice, AVP for Business Services and Information Security at Citigroup Insurance Investments, and Network Systems Consultant for International Network Services (formerly Lucent Technologies Worldwide Services). Dan obtained his Master of Science degree in Management of Technology from Fairfield University.
As a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Matt leads the information security function for Logicworks. His role includes responsibility for information security governance, risk management, strategy, and architecture in both internal and client computing environments. He is actively engaged in defining security and compliance service offerings delivered to Logicworks clients. Previously, he established and operated an enterprise risk and information security program for a multi-national, publicly traded product manufacturer with wholesale, retail, and e-commerce operations. Matt also served for more than 10 years as a strategic advisor to CISOs of Fortune 500 and global institutions and holds the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) credential among several others. He received a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering, emphasizing in Embedded System Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder. An MBA from Colorado State University highlights his business acumen.
